Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the United States, Canada, and the United
Kingdom. You may be subjected to import duties depending on
your country. OPULENT NUTRITION is not responsible for
international duties and customs fees.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $75 within the Contintental United
States.

Can I return my order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you
may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order.
We’ll refund you for the full cost of the product less shipping, VAT,
or duties—no questions asked.

What payments do you accept?
We accept all of the major cards. Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, and Discover. We unfortunately cannot accept cash,
checks, money orders, bitcoin, or hugs.

Will my probiotic survive the heat during shipment?
We've conducted extensive heat testing on all of our products.
After days of constant 100o F heat (which is very unlikely even
during the summer), we've found that all of our products still
exceeded viability. However we do recommend that your store
your product as recommended for the longest shelf life.

Can I trust that my payment information is safe and secure?
We are a certified PCI DSS compliant service provider. This
means we take your security very seriously and never disclose
your personal identity or information with anyone. You can read

Where is my order? How long will it take to arrive?
Tracking details are automatically sent once the order has been
processed by the courier. Notification will be sent from our email,
support@opulentnutritionllc.com, to the email address on file for
your Opulent Nutrition account with the subject line “Your order is
on its way.”

How does my subscription work?
We'll send you a renewal order every 30 days. You can edit your
subscription at anytime and we always remind you a few days
before any renewal order in case any adjustments are necessary.
